Hi,
I am getting this error when accessing groups:
1054 - Unknown column 'groupid' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `xxxx_community_files` WHERE `groupid` = '29'
I am aware of several threads on this subject and have tried to implement the solution as suggested here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/177...l-select-count#90371
However it didn't work for me.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, NIck.

ALTER TABLE `xxx_community_files` ADD `groupid` INT(11) NOT NULL;

Change xxx to your db table suffix.

This issue could happen after migration. It indicates that some columns are not present in tables. So they need to be created manually.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi Michal,
as I have already said in my message, this didn't work for me.
Please let me know if you need access to my cpanel and have a look into the database. I will be happy to assist you in any way.
Thanks.
