Registration User/Member Stop when Step 2 (basic information)

I just bought JomSocial Pro 3.2.1.4. I have installed in joomla 3.3.4. when I tried to register new user, the process stops at step 2 / basic information (print screen attached). I also have tried to install in joomla 2.2.25, but the problem is the same. how to solve that problem? and what causes it?
