Having issue with thumbnails not showing on status links. Same issue as described on link below but couldn't find a reply button to comment on that thread so made a new one.

We are currently operating a game-based learning community which includes involvement with schools. As such we have strong safeguarding policy in place with regard to access on our production server ( www.edu-gaming.com ). However, I can install a backup of the site on our development server for your to take a look at if this is ok?

However, it should be noted that our development serer does not have the same spec as our production server and I believe the execution time is lower.

mostly https issues not related with jomsocial code. it can be server or browser fault. can you provide me super admin user access detail and unblock my IP: 223.164.80.149 from firewall? I need to have a look the issue first at your site.

please make sure your php settings:
- open basedir = none
- safe mode = off
- allow url fopen = on
- allow url fopen not in disabled functions list

you can provide me dev site, but this issue must happen same like production server
