Ciao,
I need your help!

After upgrading to the 3.2.1.4 I have the following error after the logon. The frot end seems to work properly, but I'm not able to log on...:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Cheking the error_log I have found the following:
Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server,

Hi, Walter.

I can't reach your site backend: prntscr.com/4q4yck
But try to disable that mod_fcgid via backend or direct in database (if you can't reach backend).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Ciao Albertus,

Sorry for the delay in answering...

Your solution doesn't work. Issue is still in place.
I've rolled back to version 3.1.1 and the site is working fine again.
3.2.1.4 release has been moved to a subfolder. please let me know how to send you the new login details.
