I've just bought and installed jom social, in front end it's ok, but in back end, i have no access when i click on Configuration panel ? Please help me, i can't setting up my community !

Can you as your hosting provide regarding the error logs please? I need to know why this issue happens, i think timeout related..

I am not sure that log is related.. this is my suggestion :

1. open th config page
2. in that time you get the access_log and error_log, give it to me
3. further infomration, please you contact the hosting provider.

I don't know why, but it's seems to works for a few hours , and now it doesn't work anymore.
