by default that translate will exist at /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.ini:

COM_COMMUNITY_GREETING="Hi {target},"

please check at your other language file. If not exist, you can put it. if still problem. you can provide me FTP and Administrator access detail. by editing your first post at this topic, put it at site info form.
