Hi,

I can not find why my website: www.iloveheels.club does not open without the www. In all the other websites I have in my server, they all work by default if people browse it both ways, but with JomSocial it does not.

The www is also included, here you can not see it, it is a CNAME record that points to "iloveheels.club.", which then is resolved as an A record.

I tried the cPanel "Redirects" module with a 301 type, did not work either.
I tried a script for .htaccess file:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
did not work either.

I am using cPanel.
Website is stored under /public_html , and as usual in cPanel, the www folder is a redirection.

Why is not working, no clue.

I just checked your site without-www and redirect to your site with www, and everything working fine for me.

Well, this is server issue not Jomsocial issue, I suggest you discuss this with your hosting provider.

Sooo strange...

I pointed towards:
iloveheels.club

With:
Explorer 9 = Works
Firefox 22 = Works
Chrome 36 = Only works with www

Did you use chrome? Please help me confirm it works under Chrome, I'll appreciate.

I think it's a problem in my computer and didn't notice.

I am chrome and if i access it it always redirect to www.yoursite.com , which its coming from your htaccess non-www redirection.
