In doing the upgrade from 3.2.1.1 dev to 3.2.1.3 dev, the pre-flight checks all come up green, but the updating the database step hangs forever.
Joomla 3.3.3, PHP 5.5.14 , MySQL 5.1.73 , Apache/2.4.10 on an Amazon EC2 server with all OS patches up to date.
Error log is clean. Help!!

you check the table community_config first, and delete if any duplicate entry 'dbversion'. if can't do it. you can provide me phpmyadmin access detail for production site. and make sure you have ijoomla installer component. so I can upgrade it easily.
