i send for you a post 2 days ago . but not answer and not help eor me .
when click in jomsocial component in admin , component not upload and page is white . and i not accsess to jomsocial setting page in joomla adminsterator . please help me and answer for this post .

It wasn't responded because you probably by accident marked it as "Resolved" so it wasn't visible for us.
Additionally you didn't provided there your site credentials.

I'll try to help you.
But I can't bypass htaccess protection.

Please, provide htaccess credentials. Edit your first post and add them to corresponding fields.
Make sure that after you do that - post status is "PENDING SUPPORT" - other way your answer will be not visible for me.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
