i have this error, when i activate the events module on my site:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cIsPlural() in /var/www/webxxx/html/cms/modules/mod_latestevents/tmpl/default.php on line 50

what is the matter?

It seems the module is not from ours and thus way it is beyond our support range.

You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only one domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: setmefree.de
You request support for domain: infosh.de

Please, post a domain change request here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
There should be no problem with changing that as setmefree.de doesn't work.
But this need to be done before we proceed.

Please, update this thread when domain will be changed.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

see at the screenshot, infosh.de is in my downloads...
it is not possible to chance the domain setmefree.de
the domain setmefree.de is not registered!

Hi.

Most important for us is domain in field "Which domain would like us to support?".
This domain should be changed.
As I said, post domain change request on forum - there should be no problem with changing it as you have valid reason: domain is not registered.

After change post here and I'll check your site.

you delete setmefree.de and infosh.de is the right domain... for jomsocial

That is why I asked you to create "Supported domain change request" here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
