Update from J 2.5 stuck at database update

Hello there,
Updated an existing J!2.5 with Jomsocial 2.8 to J! 3.3 following the tutorial (removed all Jomsocial stuff and add-ons before upgrading to 3.3).
Now trying to install the lates JomSocial with iJoomla, but it fails at the stage where the database is updated (look at the attached screenshot).
