Following the numerous problems encountered (and solved, see my other posts) is that if I install the new version should I start?
Currently (3.2.0.6) installed version runs well on Joomla 2.5.8 and One.com server
What is the detailed procedure to install 3.2.1.4 on my site?

You can do upgrade directly, like you install at the first time, it will save for that version, but please make sure you backup your data first.. more information please read here documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Traditional_Installation
