Hi.

I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

could you please re-install / override from iJoomla Installer. Let me know the result.

the upgrade was already done from iJoomla Installer, on top of that we have duplicated the same problem on our local server and on our live test server on line.
Is it worth re-installing again through iJoomla Installer ?
What is your feeling ?

Hi,

I think better I download your site by using Akeeba backup. I need to make local copy, so I can freely debugging this issue without fear damaging your site.

I need your permission for this.

yes you can, there is already a backup available, just after the upgrade.
Let us know the results of your investigation, as we are wondering to downgrade to v3.2.1.3

you're right, turning off Cometchat plugin, solves the issue.
Strange because didn't get any error messages in relation with comet, neither in logs, nor at the firebug console.
On top of that didn't get this problem with v3.2.1.3.
Could you give us more info in relation with in order to check with Cometchat support, we'll appreciate.
Cheers,
L
