I recently upgraded to 3.2.1.3 and it broke several things on the site.

The last fix from the team seemed to create a new problem and it was requested I create another new post.

The logout button doesn't work now.

for fixing this issue, please follow this steps:
1. copy /components/com_community/templates/default/toolbar.index.php to /templates/socialize/html/com_community/toolbar.index.php

2. copy /modules/mod_community_toolbar/tmpl/default.php to /templates/html/mod_community_toolbar/default.php

3. find and replace all

document.communitylogout.submit();

document.getElementById('communitylogout').submit();
