Buttons not working in admin

I've installed JS, it seems to be working fine on the front end, however in the backend I can't select any of the options.

Hi Jim,
I am experiencing error as
"Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined "
It seems you are using erroneous joomla admin template.
I have altered it to "isis - Default" instead of "Hathor - Default".
Now all are working fine.
Please check.
