This is language file issue. Make sure that you're using language file that is compatible with JomSocial version you use.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I would add that the lack of large Jomsocial is the translation of these files in the languages of their customers ...
Translations found on your site are not complete and do not follow the updates. Ideally it would have during your updated language files are also provided in the package.
My file fr-FR.com_community.ini gave me a lot of work and I put it at the disposal of your community for free ...
I mean that your current language file is outdated... as I can see on printscreen it's French.
You must be aware that JomSocial supports only English language file. ALL other translations are contributed a by users and are not supported or checked by us. This is a courtesy that those translations are provided on our site. This is just like in Joomla! Their developers are concerned only on English translations... all other translations are made by translator volunteers.
