Have you upgrade with latest version?
It seems the upgrade have not taken place properly.
Please uninstall fully from your site and then reinstall again with latest version.
Follow the steps as documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Upgrade..._3.0.x_on_Joomla_2.5
specially focus the title "Starting the Upgrade"
