Language Isue

I have use language files to translate the English Lauguage to Dutch, but I can find some strings.
I have try to use the Joomla 2.5 Language Overrides Tool but the words I'am searching are not found.
Please can you say where I can tramslate this files?

COM_COMMUNITY_PRIVACY_SITE_MEMBERS_DESC="Can be seen by registered members"
COM_COMMUNITY_PRIVACY_FRIENDS_DESC="Can be seen by your friends"
COM_COMMUNITY_PRIVACY_ME_DESC="Can only be seen by you"

please have a look at Dutch language file
/language/[Dutch code]/[Dutch code].com_community.ini:
that language strings exist or not. if not you add it.
