1. about all old entries have been dated with one date. that because from template it self. the template using override script. so I disabled it.

2. about The plugin still does not show it's options. I just have a look at your site. the options list work well there.


3. alpha user points plugin must disabled if want using jomsocial kunena intergration. that plugin not uptodate since age.

Firstly the date display is NOT an override it is simply a feature of Gantry to display the current date on the the frontend.

Secondly the reason why kunena-JomSocial-integration plugin functions now is because I had to roll back the changes made by the supposed fix provided by Michal Dluzak in message #96537

The JomSocial stream not displaying kunena forum data is being caused by the incompatibility of the Kunena - AlphaUserPoints Integration plugin. If the plugin is disabled, data from kunena gets relayed to JomSocial streams, but the downside is that Kunena activities are no longer rewarded with points. The whole site is themed around users being rewarded for social interaction. NOT having this plugin working with JomSocial destroys the entire purpose of my site.

Please note, that before JomSocial's latest update all the above features functioned properly. Updating JomSocial to address recent bugs in JomSocial has been the cause of my site's failings.

While I admit that Kunena say they no longer support both JomSocial plugins, this seems to be mainly as a result of JomSocial being updated so frequently they cannot keep up with the changes. You may notice from THIS LIST Kunena no longer support any JomSocial interaction plugins.

As they have a footnote: "From K 3.0, the Kunena project team is no longer responsible for the distribution or maintenance of JomSocial-related products. People who require these items should contact the JomSocial development team."

Regardless of the reasons why these plugins no longer function AFTER a JomSocial and/or Kunena update, I desperately need these two features to run smoothly together, else my site is doomed to fail and I've wasted my money investing in renewing my professional JomSocial support package.

UPDATE!

After leaving a post with one of the coders on Kunena forum, I have found a suitable stable fix for the compatibility issue with the Kunena - AlphaUserPoints Integration plugin and JomSocial stream. the matter was resolved and I now have full functionality. If anyone else find themselves in a similar situation, I recommend reviewing this document for a tested solution.

It had nothing to do with Gantry date feature, nor was it related to any issue with JomSocial update directly. It would appear that the issue was as a result of a recent Kunena forum security update.
