Just renewed my license and installed Jomsocial on a fresh Joomla install. I'm using the Socialize template. So far, everything seems to be working fine when getting set up, but I have run across an issue.

On two instances (uploading cover photo, creating an event), the activity was posted multiple times on the activity stream. To be exact, 5x when uploading the cover photos and 8x creating the event.

Need some help addressing this issue, please.

Great, thanks for the fix! Just a quick question...based on what I read, I could simply click the Upgrade button that was showing in iJoomla Installer? I did that just now, which I'm assuming provided the patch, but if you state otherwise, I'll do the manual method of uploading to root folder.

if you already using 3.2.1.2 version, no need to patch again because already provided at that version.

Actually, I was using 3.2.1.1, which I had downloaded just a couple of days ago. I used the Installer to upgrade, and when I checked the Extension Manager, it's now showing version 3.2.1.2. Thanks!
