JomSocial Expired

Hi,

I just upgraded to JomSocial 3.0 (from 2.8.4.2Pro), on Joomla 2.5.22.
One of our website admins got a fatal error when trying to add groups to a user, let me know if you need more details on how she got that error, or anything else.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method KunenaFactory::getAccessControl() in/home//mybho.org/plugins/community/kunenagroups/kunenagroups.phpon line 97

I'm not sure if this error is related to the JomSocial upgrade, or if I screwed something up at some point.

Hi, Anni.

Please, describe EXACT steps how we could replicate this issue on your site.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi,
Here is her response, with the details of how she got this error:
I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like before the fatal error screen, which also looks like there are a bunch of errors.
Let me know if you want me to ask her for a screenshot of the screen that actually shows the fatal error message.
Here's here message:

Okay here's their email and here's what's happening. In the Jomsocial admin panel, under Monitor>Members, I search for a member, pull her up and click assign to group. Here's where it starts to get kinda weird, and possibly a Chrome issue, however, at first it appears nothing happens - no menu to assign from. But if you scroll up the menu is up there and it's very difficult to use. I've attached a screen shot and blocked out my users info, but everything else is there.

So, after I futz with it a bit to get the groups selected, I click save and get this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method KunenaFactory::getAccessControl() in/home/adealoe/public_html/sites/mercury/mybho.org/plugins/community/kunenagroups/kunenagroups.phpon line 97

I hope that helps! :) A
