i mean just for the users, i don't care if the form of event creation will have location field.

Localization field is required so simple hiding it could not work.
Also, attending feature will be hard to remove as it appears in sidebar, description, as join button, on streams.
This will be a major customizations.

But I remember that you said are developer. Then use combination of FireBug and phrase search app so you could locate part of code you want to customize.
