Problem to install 3.2.1.1

I try to update to 3.2.1.1. I uninstall 3.2 first. Byt I have this issue :

Did you unziped package before install?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

It seems that files ware not moved to folders: prntscr.com/455d8l
I'll need access to FTP, please edit your first post and add FTP credentials.

I managed to bring back your backend. But will experience issues with installing anything since you have issue with temp folder access or permissions: prntscr.com/456j34

Please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this issue.
Temp folder needs to be accessed as there are unzipped installation files.

When directory permissions will by fixed, what is my next step?
