JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

Hi everyone,

I'm getting these error sometimes and cant solve it. Some of my active member gets warning which is about login problem something like "You can't enter this area, You have no authorization". But this users is active and everything looks normal, but he/she cant login. I changed their password and they still cant login web site.

After you login admin panel please chech the member who is ID is 648.

User is not activated and also doesn't belong to any group: prntscr.com/437aap
If user is not in any group it means that any access will be prohibited for him/her.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Michal,

You can see, almost all of the users is not activated at Joomla user registration and I have never use Joomla panel to activate users. I'm always activate users via Jomsocial members panel and it works very well.

I think problem is about "User Group". Most of the members looks is not activated at Joomla users panel but They can enter website properly and there is no problem. Only users who have not belong to any group at Joomla user panel cant enter web site. After set user group to "Registered" they can enter web site.
