I recently did a minor ugrade to the latest version of Jomsocial. Following the upgrade, users cannot access their profile pages - they just get a blank screen.

uneedo4 is 3rd party template
please compare /components/com_community/templates/uneedo4/activities.photos.cover.php with /components/com_community/templates/default/activities.photos.cover.php. You can replace it from default template.
or you can change the jomsocial template from jomsocial backend: configuration - templates, change to default.

Thanks for the swift reply. I tried to change the template to default but I seem to be getting the same problem. I did clear the system cache and browser cache too.
now the problem is different. you must delete the all jomsocial menu items at main menu, empty it from trash, and re-create it again.
jomsocial menu items out site joomsocial toolbar mush having ID more higher than jomsocial toolbar.
I have deleted all jomsocial items in the main menu and cleared out the trash. I then set up a 'my profile' menu item again but still have the same problem I'm afraid
Hi, I played with it some more and it looks like it is fixed now - thanks.
I now have another problem - when I open the profile, the tabs on the share status box are not working correctly, and the box seems to be fully expanded all the time.
