Hello All,

We are using Joomla 2.5.20, JomSocial 3.2.0.7 & JoomForest Template 2.2v

After upgrade to JomSocial 3.2.0.7, messages displaying "{}" instead of message body.
How to fix it ?
It's important & urgent.

Please try to put this fixes:
1. edit components/com_community/views/inbox/view.html.php
2 put this code at line 330:

$originalBodyContent = $row->body;

if ($row->body == '{}') {
    //backward compatibility, save the old data into content parameter if needed
    $newParam = new CParameter();
    $newParam->set('content', $originalBodyContent);
    $table = JTable::getInstance('Message','CTable');
    $table->load($row->id);
    $table->body = $newParam->toString();
    $table->store();
    $row->body =  new CParameter($table->body);
}

your override for inbox.message.com not uptodate. please detele it from /public_html/templates/jf_social/html/com_community
or replace it with new one from /public_html/components/com_community/templates/jf_social_js_32
or you can edit it:

replace
<?php echo $msg->body; ?>

with 
<?php echo filter_var(htmlspecialchars_decode($content), FILTER_UNSAFE_RAW); ?>

We have renamed inbox.message.php file and copied the inbox.message.php file from /public_html/components/com_community/templates/jf_social_js_32/. Still it's not working properly.

After click on Add Reply button it's showing message body with special characters.
If we reload the page, message body displaying properly.

after I check again, the correct override location must /public_html/templates/rt_ximenia/html/com_community/ because that location as default template. I already put the override file at there. please check it again about your issue.

We have upgraded jomsocial to 3.2.1.5 version, again we have same issue with messages. Displaying message body content as array format.

the problem with the JF Social template it self. they template not uptodate. please contact the template provider for official fix.
