I cant install Jomsocial correctly

Hello,

I just buy the new version of Jomsocial.

I uninstall old version, ok.
I go to Extention Manager, I upload the Jomsocial package, ok
I click on the green button to continue the installation, I click on the first "Next" button to start installation and he pass all step verry quicly and arrive directly on the page "Installation successful" with the DONE button.

On my backend I see in the component menu the JomSocial link but when I click on it I return on the first step to install JomSocial like the screenshot....

Have you an idea ?

I just see all my website is down... :(

It's a new one, I reinstall all and I comeback after to close or reopen this topic.

Ok I reinstall completely my Joomla.

I try to install JomSocial but same problem...

Ok I discover a strange thing...

I ask to a friend in other country, he try to connect in admin with my account, and the josocial is correctly installed.

Maybe a problem with DNS refresh in my city or something like this is possible ?

Then is not a jomsocial problem.... sorry :)

I can't confirm neither deny - can't access to your site as I get 404... probably you removed your installation.
But if your friend was able to confirm that JomSocial is installed...
I mark this thread as resolved. You can open it anytime.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
