Hi,

we experience some issues after the patch to the newest version. When login in with certain accounts (admin accounts it seems) the site won't grant access the first time, but the second.

We have cleared browsercache but it does not help. I have provided a sample login below, please have a try and see for yourself

Hi, Jan.

When I tried to login with provided credentials for first time I get 403 error: prntscr.com/3s0meh
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403
Second time I get information that my session expired (in FireFox) but no notices in Crome.
I removed cookies and I was able to login with first time.

1. Ask your hosting provider for access to server error logs and to help with analyze it why site goes 403
2. Clear cookies stored in browser and try to login again.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

thanks for the quick reply - as this occured right after jomsocial update I was hoping someone from jomsocial team can help - can you think of anything (module, plugin etc.) causing this?

Hi, Jan.

If only JomSocial was updated then nothing in configuration has changed... 403 is rather connection/server issue.
First time this issue is reported... so my first taught is to remove cookies...
Did you tried it?

Hi Michal,

I have tried deleting cookies and cache - no luck. It is always the second login that works, first one does never (403 error). Also login in in backend and frontend at the same time is not possible anymore.
