I installed and reinstalled Joomla - somehow i deleted the jomsocial toolbar i cant see it in the Menu Manager and I cant also not see it on my Profile Page.

I installed the german language addon but i dont think it is the problem since the problem persits when i change the language to EN - thank you very much for you help -

The toolbar menu has some how deleted.
I have created manually at menu manager with the name as "JomSocial toolbar" and type as "jomsocial" and added one menu item.
Now it is working fine and showing at toolbar.
All you need to add rest of menu item under the menu.

Thank you that was really help - For Some Reason if you hit the Home button in Jomsocial toolbar the Big Picture is not shown anymore :(

Could you pls tell me how to fix that ?

Please check now. You had duplicated menu items for Profile.
I recreated manually Profile menu item in JomSocial toolbar. You can do the same for the rest of menu items:
