I have just made required upgrades and etc but my web site is very slow. Also there is not much content in it but it still has a very low response time. Response time is over than 10 seconds.

Is it related with my web hosting and server specifitations or something else?

And do I have touse vps server or dedicadet server?

I can't run debugging tool on your site as you have too low memory limit set on your server: 512M. Could you increase it to 1024M?

My hosting provider limits to memory limit to 512M maximum. Do you suggest to me upgrade a VPS server?

Also there is something else;

When T3 framenetwork is enabled load time is 60 seconds
When T3 framenetwork is disabled load time is 13 seconds (Main page gives an error - T3 plugin is not enabled)

Why is the T3 framenetwork using that much resources?

I'm suggesting to increase memory_limit. It's up to you how you do it ;)

This is irrelevant. When plugin is turned off then page is loaded with few lines of code... that is why loading time is decreased.

Yes, your site is slow... do you have a lot of activities? Or any other data/

I have just tested my page with pingdom and waiting time is 18 second and only 2 users were online.

I only installed two things; Joomla and Jomsocial... I didnt installed any other plug-in or something else and still I dont understand this waiting time issue. I doubt, it is just because of only my server settings.

You see, we can't check loadng and execution times in your system as debug tool exceeded memory limit.
That's why I ask you increase it, then we could run Joomla debug console and see what causes long time response.

Do you have a lot of user activities in db?

Also you can do a small test: disable JomSocial and all extensions related to it.

So you may try to increase memory limit.

Also run site debugging tools and check what extension uses most memory and time to load.
