i face a issue after upgrade my Main menu is not showing anymore and old css is also not showing up.

this is on my local machine.

is hard for me to give you the answer about your issue, because the problem site still on your local.
can you put it at your development site environment. e.g: dev.sitename.com
or can you make the site backup using Akeeba Backup. and put the backup file to your live site under images folder. so I can download it and make local copy at my local.

i have upload the akeeba backup file in images folder named Backup.zip.

also home menu is not appear after upgrade.

because at my local copy for your site, I can see there is a home menu. maybe I missing something

No the home menu made by me but if you see in the menu section there is Main Menu but in the Main mainu no menu items appear.
