The pop up windows are messed up. I use yootheme, but all was fine until last upgrade. I haven't upgraded yootheme since. I have included screenshots of the messaging popup and the change avatar popup.

Help is appreciated.

It seems the jomsocial upgrade package is not placed correctly.
I have taken a backup of whole site and before taking any step, I was wondering, from which version you have upgraded to 3.2.0.5
Can you explain a previous steps that you taken just?

It is a good question what the last version was. I do keep the components upgraded so it would have only been the last version or one before that. Shouldn't be an upgrade issue unless last was a major and I was unaware.

This site is live and active, so please please please take caution in actions. The last action of changing templates left site inoperable. I have since changed the template back and the main jomsocial page completely broke giving nothing but a bullet point. I have had to change out the menu item from jomsocial to a single article to maintain continuity in site. I changed back to the jomsocial home page today and it seems to be working fine. There is definitely something screwy happening with it.

Not only is there CSS issues, but I am unable to type in the status field at all, either on the home page or the profile page.

I have again backup today and upgrade with our latest version.
Now it seems the popup box is working fine.
Please check.
Note: I have enabled jomsocial default toolbar from admin > components > jomsocial > configuration > layout > Display Settings >
Show Toolbar = "Yes".
