Account (Domain) Suspended/Can't be accessed

My Domain suspended! or may be hacked and can't be accessed a few hours ago. How to solve this. Meanwhile i have also reported this to webhosting. Please help, very urgent!

Hi, Fikri.

We can't help you if your domain account is suspended as we don't have any control over it.
It's totally depend from your service provider. Only they could solve this issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thx for your fast response. however I still wait for answer from my host provider. They work so late. I don't know why? Can check please by visiting efbeplus.com. Thank you!

It's unavailable for me too.
There is no other way as to wait for service provider response.
We can't do anything about it as this is out of our reach.

okay no problem. the fault is on my webhosting, and they are very slow to response. Thank you. may be caused by server resource overusage
