Hi, Geoff.

Please, try now after my fix here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/170...roblem-after-upgrade .

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Chris, you have asked for this twice on two different tickets - on both I entered all those details when I submitted the ticket.

The problem seems to be fixed now, however!

Geoff

hi geof.

I'm extremly sorry, but in both threads I can't see any details, only access to administrator page, which is not enough...But since the issue is resolved then it does't matters now :)

Sorry, Chris - my mistake! I didn't read it properly... thought you were asking for S Admin access.

I'm not sure what is resolved and what isn't after getting more #1054 errors, as per another post. Please let me know if you still need cPanel.

Kind regards,
Geoff
