download, installation and upgrade failure

I have been trying to download the installation file for hours now but it doesnt work. please send me a link to istallation or a file which has no complications. and the www.smartkona.com/administrator link does not work eaither

Jomsocial is under Joomla CMS, so please make sure you install Joomla first docs.joomla.org/J3.3:Installing_Joomla

If you dont know how to do it, please provide us cpanel access, we will try install it for you.
