Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Good Morning Tech,
I am in need of some help, I requested help prior and the problem seem to have expanded to administration login. the original problem was and error that I was getting relating to email, needing 1 valid email address to be config. and not being authorized to view my profile. Last night I tried logging in to admin and was unable to.(same message) can I get you to install & configure the module positions so it resembles the demo and get the toolbar working, as I was forced to reinstall joomla, do to corruption in database.
The only issues I encountered on your site was menu misconfiguration and profile was unaccessible due to error in Community - HWD Media plugin so I disabled it and now it's ok. S on my opinion there is no reason to reinstall JomSocial.

- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hello Me module is just like any other module. Edit it, enable and assign to certain module position... assign to certain menu item id (if needed) - that's all.
What help you need in this?

Ah, you tried to assign module to JomSocial toolbar menu items.
JomSocial toolbar menu is a bit different than other Joomla! menus. It's used to INTERNAL navigation so menu items will not have OWN menu item IDs. And module can be assigned to menu item i only. JomSocial toolbar menu items inherit menu item id from parent menu item -> in your case it's Home. So assigning module Hello me to Hom will do the job.
I assigned and enabled it so it works like on demo page :)
