Configuring Amazon S3

Hello. I have a question on setting up Amazon S3.
I did everything as shown in documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_up_Amazon_S3 but the files after downloading by users downloaded to a local server. Whether you need to make settings on Amazon?
Static Websaite Hosting?

I watched these settings, but still did nothing. I don't know right or wrong?

The URL is correct
The login is correct
The password is correct
I've checked - have access. Possible protection does not give you access. GeoBlocker - disabled.
I think to log in no problem.

I went on amazon and there already have the files.
Settings on amazon I did as you mentioned documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Setting_up_Amazon_S3 , and created a Bucket as shown docs.aws.amazon.com/gettingstarted/lates...-started-signup.html
If You finished let me know. I will include defense, and will change the password. This is necessary for security.

Images are sent to S3... but not displayed on frontend. At least for me.
And you already changed password.
