Hi, Mac.

Try this:

0. Make a safe copy of your whole system (files and database)
1. Browse to Backend -> Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
2. Search all extensions using filter "com"
3. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
4. Search all extensions using filter "jom"
5. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
6. Download latest JomSocial package from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
7. Unzip it
8. Install com_community package via Joomla! installer
9. Follow installation steps
10. Install iJoomla installer via Joomla! installer

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Mac.

1. I see no screenshot.. and I don't understand what you mean...
2. Do you have any customizations in html folder of: yoo_infinite template?
3. Notice advise you to remove it manually:
JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /home3/mac/public_html/saifiarabic.com/components/com_ijoomlainstaller
Component Uninstall: Can't uninstall. Please remove manually

Do you have this folder in your structure?

Please, edit your first post and add FTP and PHPmyAdmin credentials.

what do you mean: 2. Do you have any customizations in html folder of: yoo_infinite template?

yoo_infinite is the website default template, for jomsocial we are using jomsocial default template.

the Path: /home3/mac/public_html/saifiarabic.com/components/com_ijoomlainstaller does not exist on the server as well

Hi, Mac.

1. So JomSocial is installed correctly. Can you access this menu item? JomSocial dashboard is loaded?
2. By customizations I mean template overrides for JomSocial. Just check html folder if it store "com_community" folder.
3. It means that you have remove it from database as there is no such files and folders in file structure.
Remove it manually via PHPmyAdmin. Look for com_ijoomlainstaller in those tables:
_extensions
_assets

Hi, Mac.

Yes, you had customization so Frontpage cover was removed in it.
Customizations are stored here: ROOT//templates/yoo_infinite/html/com_community
I changed name for frontpage.guests.php-old and cover is back.
