Frontend language won't switch

Hello Everyone!
I have a question i can't seem to find an answer to, so aim really sorry if it has been already covered, but can't seem to find a very detailed answer.
I try to translate the front end to french. I use the latest version of Jomsocial + template Socialize.
So here is what I did:
Extension> Language manager
Install Language> I choose FR(from the list)
Install ADministrator > FR is default and it works
Content > Fr is default, but does not apply. And this is where i am stuck.

Please someone can explain what aim doing wrong?

You just failed to set your site for multi language.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
