Hello! I was getting an error 500 so I decided to reinstall JomSocial. Now I run through the process and keeps going into an infinite loop of going back to the installer. It won't install and my site is broken.

I eneterd JomSocial and just finished installation... then JomSocial dashboard is available and with JomSocial 3.2.0.4.
I don't see any issue here.

This clearly doesn't work. Where's jomsocial? Please see attached. Actually, I can't even attach an image because your forum crashes. Tell me where JomSocial is in the menu. It's not.

I just visited it.

As you can see in my previous print screen I clicked it already and JomSocial dashboard was successfully displayed for me.
But here I did it again:

As for 500 error on frontend I investigate.

I assign developer to it.
Error 500 indicates server issues, so please also contact your hosting provider to check error logs and advise.

This still has not been resolved and I need to get my work done. Please help.

I just upgraded and, again, I'm stuck in an infinite loop of being asked to install JomSocial every time I click on the JomSocial link. You have the login and password in the first post, here. Can you please login as admin and see for yourself? Thank you.

This issue is really weird.. I never faced the similiar issue like this, everything already set well, but in frontend still gettin 500 error..

anyway, can you try to install clean new joomla installation on another folder, please? and install jomsocial there.. let me know how it goes then.

NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! THIS IS THE SITE I AM WORKING ON AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND WORK. IT WAS WORKING BEFORE THE UPDATE THAT JOMSOCIAL TOLD ME TO DO AND NOW IT IS NOT WORKING! NO, I'M NOT DOING BRAND NEW SITES AND ALL OF THIS OTHER EXTRA NONSENSE! YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON MY SITE THAT I NEED TO GET DONE AND I EXPECT IT TO BE FIXED.
