I have set guests to be able to see all activities, and set the amount to 15 activities.
But only logged in users see 15 activities and guests only see 9.

Hi, justin.

But your users could set their own privacy settings for certain activities and/or objects (like albums or photos), so guest will not be able to see them. Check what logged in users can see and what guest can't then check users setting for that activity.

Or you could reset all privacy settings... if your users will have nothing against it :)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

As far as I know the website is open and always has been (ie no privacy, )
Which settings should I be looking at specifically? (I did also provide admin access)

Seem like more activities are showing now.
Does this have something to do with recently updating jomsocial?
are the guest activities "catching up" or something
I updated jomsocial 2 days ago.

Hi, Justin.

No, It should not have anything to do with JomSocial upgrade.
Users can set their own level of privacy to their objects (like Photos, Movies and so on) and also for any activity on stream.
You can reset privacy settings (Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Privacy) but still activities will be visible according to their privacy settings.

Another issue with activity stream. It is not showing the lapsed time at all anymore for activities.

Also when I remove activities from the stream in the frontend as admin, guests still see those posts.
