1) i made clean install of JS 3.2.0.4 and No User Menu in Toolbar was created (i can see only four icons Home, Notifications,Friends invites,inbox)

2) Another issue - firebug sometimes shows me these error 404 not found accessing the community homepage on these files.
mysite.com/community/toolkit.js
mysite.com/community/bundle.js?bust=1399836796138
mysite.com/community/templates/jst.js?bust=1399836796138

I found that these files are placed in this directory: components/com_community/assets/_release/js/ what calls them and why they arent found?

1. For some reasons the jomsocial toolbar already deleted, I dont know why.. but I already fix this by adding new menu Jomsocial toolbar, please check again..

2. Can you provide FTP access, please? so I can inspect this issue directly,

But i fount another error with firebug (tried to solve it on my own but without success)

On home page of community there is this error:

ReferenceError: joms is not defined
joms.filters.bind()

I found that in script of this site there is added this inline script right after all external js and css are called.

Find in total commander that joms.filters.bind()
is placed in these files

/components/com_community/templates/default/frontpage.index.php

What should do that function and what can i do to repair that error.
