Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
sorry, I had a lot of things to do the last few weeks, so I didn't find the time to answer to your last post.
I solved a part of the problem, but the main problem is still existing.
After I disabled the Jomsocial-Update Plugin via phpmyadmin, I am able to log into Joomla-Backend.
But when I click on "Components" > "JS Community" to enter the JomSocial-Backend, I'm still getting a white screen.
I disabled and re-enabled all the other plugins and even most of the modules via sql-database, but the JS-Backend is still displayed as an empty, white screen.
I don't know, what else could be the reason for the white screen at the JS-Backend. Maybe you've got an idea how I could solve this?
Is your site still localhost?
If so please upload it to server as we'll not support localhost instalaltions.
I saw in credential box link to hosted site but admin access don't work...
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
