Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Could you try to upgrade to JomSocial 3.2.0.5 and check if issue still persist?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
To be honest I'm not able to reproduce this problem on latest version which is 3.2.0.5, are you completly sure that you cleared the cookies and cache of your browser?
Hi,
we've changed profile.php as requested.
The main difference is, now, user is still logout but message in relation with COM_COMMUNITY_PERMISSION_DENIED_WARNING is not displayed anymore. So for the time being we are using the following workaround:
After message asking to re-enter the user's password so go to "Détails du compte"(Account details), enter password then BACK to "information du compte"(Account information) then save it.
A this point no problem we aren't logout.
If we save directly from "Détails du compte"(Account details) then we are logout.
OR uncheck in the firefox parameters security tab, save password.
Cheers,
L
