I created a test user to test the user registration.
PROBLEM 1: I have enabled Recaptcha but I have not seen during the registration. (i have many spam user)
PROBLEM 2: After registration the user "test" receives an empty email. Object "account must be approved by a amministrateur".

1)You didn't configure re-captcha correctly, "Recaptcha Public Key " and "private key" is not entered, this's why it's not working.
2)This's happening because you've registration approval set to "admin"
3)Pleas upgrade to the latest version of JomSocial, it should be fixed in 3.2.0.4
4)Please make sure that cron jobs are configured correctly.

The administrator receives the mail like what a new user is registered -> OK
May I approve the user when he should not receive a message that the account is activated?
I had several configuration issues, and core.php has been modified by colleagues. If I instal the new version it will change again?
Albertus response to my main problem (resolved) :
for error with CAppPlugins something problem with your joomla an server configuration. If can I suggest you to using joomla 3.
but for now I disabled CAppPlugins script call at core.php.

The thing is, if you want to use "admin approval" then unfortunately for now you've to use multiprofile with "admin approval", then all emails should be send properly.
I have disabled "multiprofile", same problems:

I think you missunderstood, I ask you to actually USE the multiprofiles option :) So please enabled it, and then create new multiprofile in back-end>components>jomsocial>profiles>multiprofiles
Ok i have crated one profile in Multiprofile
I turned off the moderation in Joomla user (auto activation)
The new user (test5) receives an empty email (only with the subject)
