Upgraded to Jomsocial 3.2 Admin blank page when attempting to delete a user.

Error reporting:
Notice: Undefined index: extension in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/reefshare.com/httpdocs/plugins/user/jomsocialuser/jomsocialuser.php on line 500

This is a live production site... help would be appreciated.

No, it is not... As I stated, when attempting to delete a user I get the error. Can you go into user management and delete user danyell (not an actual user).

THIS has got to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Canned responses. Even after spending 100.00 they do not even take the time to actually look into the issues.

After just suffering a heart attack this is the LAST thing I need is to be scammed.

I'm sorry you feel that you are being scammed, because the reason there has been a delay to your reply is your posts have been placed on hold, it appears the backlink has been removed from your site. The Standard licence must have the backlink displaying as per these link www.jomsocial.com/license-agreement or here www.jomsocial.com/pricing in the FAQ

"Standard Licence holders must display the Jomsocial backlink in an un-alerted state. Sites with modified or removed backlinks will not be supported"

Alternatively you can upgrade to the Pro version at any time by doing the following
please send the balance of $50 to sales AT jomsocial.com via PayPal, and drop us an email here. For more information,please contact our billing department.

Please let us know once the backlink is reinstated and we can assist you further

Please not it is the weekend and only limited support is available during this time

The backlink was only removed after 5 business days of not hearing back from you. I have it in my logs and will be happy to show you when the removal initiated. The backlink has been restored, hopefully you will finally be able to address the issues I am having in a timely manor.

Edit your first topic www.jomsocial.com/index.php?option=com_k...id=16294&mesid=82175 and fill the FTP field there..

Please be professional, and put bank the backlink, so I can continue solve this issue

Hi Steve,

this issue not come from Jomsocial side, look at this error :

Fatal error: Class 'EasyBlogHelper' not found in /usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/reefshare.com/httpdocs/plugins/user/easyblogusers/easyblogusers.php on line 139

this error come from Easy blog user plugin, I just disabled that plugin and everything is working fine.

Note : please you update your jomsocial to the latest version
