JomSocial Expired

I've searched through the configuration settings, the plugin settings and the module settings, and I did a search on this forum and I can't find anything.

How can I disable the Jomsocial modal login popup? I want to use a third-party popup login form (Login Styles for Joomla) instead.

The Jomsocial login form appears even after a successful login, and to me it's annoying. I want to turn off that form and prevent it from appearing. I searched through the configuation settings and the module and plugin settings and I could not find a switch to turn it off.

Is there a template override I can do, and comment out the lines that call up that form? If so, what file and what lines?

Thank you for your help.

Hi, Bob.

Please, try to apply this patch:
(Make a safe copy of original file FIRST!)
ROOT/components/com_community/libraries/

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Thank you for your reply.
I copied it to that folder, and so far I haven't seen the modal login window again.
Is this something I can put in the template override folder, so that I keep it even if Jomsocial gets updated?
