JomSocial Expired Socialize Expired

Hi,
We have trouble with our JS registration. By register a new account in the frontend it says "invalid token". We tried with different (clean) browsers already.

Hi, Max.

Did you modified any fields in registration process?
You have more fields than come with JomSocial by default.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

we added custom fields 1 year before... without having any trouble. Now after upgrading to 3.x we have this invalid token error during registration. We disabled this fields - without having any effect. Now i deleted all this fields. Still the same error. We can grant you access to the backend ... PM??

cheers kanoon

Hi, Max.

I mean did you customized any files connected with registration. But it seems that you haven't.
Could you disable spam protection for registration?
