I seem to have a problem installing jomsocial to joomla 3.3.
I get an error sayin "There was an error uploading this file to the server".

Can u please clearify me on that.

Hi thabang,

please ask your hosting provider increase limit timeout for upload file, increase file size limit when upload and make sure the folder is writeable :)

if still can't maybe you can upload the extracted file using ftp and add it into temp folder (create 1 folder inside temp folder and copy to that folder)..
