Our developers still working to fix this issue ASAP.. FB has changed some API access rule and joomla changed some user sessions and permission rule too @_@
we already fixed it but now still testing it... we don't provide a patch before testing the new code because if something failed, we must fixed it twice.. :) we're apologize with this inconvenience :(

This issue was fixed in our latest JomSocial 3.2.0.4. So please upgrade your JomSocial to this version to solve this problem. If our patch will not fix your problem, then please let us know and we'll look into it once again.
